As Spring starts to take hold, many of us are looking to switch things up. Perhaps the shift in seasons is playing havoc with your skin; maybe your body feels less optimal than it used to; or your gut decisively sluggish (and desperate for an MOT). So how can we prepare ourselves for the months ahead – and what are the treatments that can make a difference? 

This inspiring conversation brought together an expert, health-focused panel - including aesthetic doctor, Dr Suha Kersh; vein expert, Professor Mark Whiteley; and Bodhimaya’s Head of Nutrition, Olga Hamilton - to explore the seasonal swaps we need to know about: from the therapies that will reboot your skin and get your legs summer-ready (varicose veins, begone!) to the at-home hacks that will make you rethink your nutrition once and for all. 

The goal? To step into Spring on the right foot – both mentally and physically – while embracing positive changes that will see us through the rest of the year.

All ticket proceeds went to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
